Luke 2: 25 - 27 25 Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was on him. 26 It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not die before he had seen the Lord’s Messiah. 27 Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. When the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him what the custom of the Law required. Meditation ( 10 Min) 1. What does this passage says? 2. What has God reveals to me about God? Teaching about the Christian life? 3. What does God want me to do? Prayer ( 10 Min) 1. Praise : Praise God for His attributes. 2. Thanksgiving : Thank him for what he has done. 3. Confession : Confess any sin that God reveals. 4. Supplication : Pray for your own needs. 5. Intercession : Pray for the needs of others.
